  • All personalised items are non-refundable or exchangeable unless an error has been made during production.
  • All items are either shipped in a box or mailing bag securely.
  • In the rare instance an incorrectly personalised product is received - please get in touch with us within 3 working days of receipt.
  • Only once your payment has cleared - will the order be prepared for production and dispatch.
